EGO Compare has been designed to offer you a fun comparison between the majestic and beautiful Scotland, and the rest of the World. In time you will be able to click on your favourite places to plan trips through our parent company, EGO Scotland, but for now enjoy finding out alittle bit about Scotland.

The comparisons are purely for fun, a much needed break from the doom and gloom of the recession.

In fact that is who this site is for, the dreamers of our time, who dare to wish they can climb Everest or walk the streets of Pompeii but can only afford to climb Ben Nevis and walk through the underground village at Mary Kings Close

We don’t pretend that Scotland lives fully up to these worldy wonders, to say St.Mungo’s Cathedral is as grand as Vatican City might push it a wee bit. It is more to show that Scotland can compete with the rest of the world and not break the bank at the same time.
